The Product is NOT a Grey Import.

A Grey Import is a product that is sourced overseas without the approval of the manufacturer.  The unscrupulous retailer usually purchases in bulk from a "wheeler dealer" type supplier. The quality of the products can sometimes be questionable and they are not usually up to UK electrical standards.  Because of the way the products are acquired by the retailer the guarantee must be questioned.
