An understanding of how we work and who you are dealing with: 
 

We process the orders and handle any credit card transactions and act as retailers.  Card transactions will processed securely via our shopping basket

Your card will not be processed until the goods are in stock ready for dispatch.

We then communicate with you the customer either by email or telephone.  

Orders are then passed to our associate retailers & suppliers who are responsible for dispatching the goods and any guarantees on behalf of Anything-Direct. 

Goods are usually dispatched by couriers and it is the responsibility of the customer to received the goods at any times agreed. With Larger Items it is the customers responsibility to assist the delivery driver.

Complaints Procedure
Any complaints or questions can be sent to us here and we will reply at the very least within 10 days.

Orders Taken
Orders received via our shopping cart system are sent an automated email confirming the details of the order, this does not imply acceptance.
Anything Direct reserve the right to decline  or cancel an order for any reason.
