A. No Fault Returns and or Cancellation.
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract at any time up to 14 days from us processing your order. Once an item has been shipped you will received a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery and collection charges plus a handling charge.

The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ in their original box and packaging including all manuals and accessories. You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery to gain authorisation. It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. However we can organise the return for you. We will refund your card less the outbound carriage cost, return carriage cost and a handling charge (£12 for most items and £5 for Roberts). Goods received back ‘as new’ but incomplete with missing components and accessories – the cost of the accessories will be charged to you. Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you. Where the item was on promotion with Free Outbound Shipping for the purpose of returns the outbound carriage will be calculated at our normal scale of charges.

Goods returned 14 - 28 days will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. We will not accept any item back beyond 28 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Certain fragile items such as LCD televisions need to be shipped in special packaging and this is usually the box they are supplied in. WE RECOMMEND YOU KEEP THE BOX in the event it needs to be shipped again.  If a box is not available and is needed, we can supply one, but it will be at an extra cost.
B. Faulty Item Returns – Major Fault on Arrival.
A product is found to have a major fault on arrival’ i.e.. it shows symptoms of a major failure preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box. In such instances please contact our customer support 0845 094 8454 helpline within 14 days from the delivery date or Email Contact Form
